The ruling on a host saying to his guest: “There are two festivals in the year, and this is the third”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The listener Abdullah Muhammad Ali al-'Umar, from Riyadh, sent a question saying: What is the ruling on someone to whom people come and he says to them: “According to the Sunnah, there are two festivals, and this is the third”?

Answer:
We know of nothing regarding this. Its meaning is: it means that this is a festival for us, meaning: we are happy with you. This is……, that they be lenient in this. It does not mean that he establishes a festival or sets up a third festival.
The point is: I am happy with you, as if it were a festival with us. There is nothing wrong with that. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
