The ruling on some mosques relying on the radio adhan and the ruling on responding to it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says: Your Eminence, if I am in a city where only one mu'adhdhin calls the adhan, and that adhan is broadcast through the radio and the loudspeakers in all the mosques of that city, what is the ruling on this adhan? Do I respond to it? Is it sufficient, or must every person call the adhan for himself?

Answer:
If it covers the mosques, it is responded to; it is answered. If there are speakers in the other mosques, it is answered. Those who hear it respond to it, and it is sufficient. However, it is better for every mosque to have its own mu'adhdhin and one who gives the iqamah. But if it happens that a village appoints one mu'adhdhin in one of its mosques and installs loudspeakers in other mosques so that they can hear, it is prescribed to respond to this mu'adhdhin, by saying what he says. This is based on his (peace and blessings be upon him) saying in the authentic hadith:
When you hear the Mu'adhdhin then say what he saysإذا سمعتم المؤذن فقولوا مثلما يقول
Sunan an-Nasa'i 678Sahih (Darussalam)
This is general. And he (peace and blessings be upon him) said, when they said to him: "O Messenger of Allah, the mu'adhdhins are taking advantage of us," he said:
Say as they say, then send blessings upon me, for whoever sends blessings upon me once, Allah will send blessings upon him ten times. Then ask Allah for me the wasilah, for it is a rank in Paradise that is not fitting except for a servant of Allah, and I hope that I will be the one. Whoever asks for the wasilah for me, intercession will be made lawful for him.
.
The point is: if the adhan is heard from the mosques, they respond to it, and they send blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) after the end, and they supplicate for him with the wasilah:
Allahumma rabba hadhihid-da'wat it-tammah was-salat il-qaimah, ati Muahmmadan al-wasilah wal-fadilah, wab'athu maqaman mahmudan alladhi wa'adtahu (O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the prayer to be offered, grant Muhammad the privilege (of interceding) and also the eminence, and resurrect him to the praised position that you have promised)اللهم رب هذه الدعوة التامة، والصلاة القائمة، آت محمدًا الوسيلة والفضيلة، وابعثه المقام المحمود الذي وعدته
Sunan an-Nasa'i 680Sahih (Darussalam)
And so does anyone who is in the houses or on the roads and hears it; they respond just as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When you hear the Mu'adhdhin then say what he saysإذا سمعتم المؤذن فقولوا مثلما يقول
Sunan an-Nasa'i 678Sahih (Darussalam)
May Allah send blessings and peace upon him. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah send blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad.
