The ruling on one who prays while in a state of major ritual impurity out of shyness of people

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
There is a question from two students:
One of them says: The call to prayer for the midday prayer is made at the institute, so I sometimes pray it while in a state of major ritual impurity; because it is difficult in front of hundreds of students and teachers to tell them this, and this is not due to laziness on my part, for after the dawn prayer I sleep, so I wake up late and have to go to the institute, and when I return home I perform the full ritual bath and pray.
The other says: In the early morning of this camp, when I woke up from sleep, I found myself in a state of major ritual impurity, and that was the sixth time in six days, so is this an illness or what? And do I have to perform the full ritual bath? Knowing that there are no places to perform the full ritual bath in this location. And may Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
As for praying while in a state of major ritual impurity, this is one of the major sins and one of the great abominations, and if he does it out of little concern and indifference, or mockery of the Shari'ah, then his case is serious; it may be apostasy from Islam—we seek refuge in Allah the Exalted—and mockery and contempt for the Shari'ah, so the matter is very great.
So it is obligatory to be cautious of this, and to pray while in a state of minor or major ritual impurity! How much more so if he is in a state of major ritual impurity?
So it is obligatory to hasten, and if there is no place to perform the full ritual bath in the place he goes to, it is obligatory to hasten before he leaves, even if it is delayed, before he leaves his place he should perform the full ritual bath, even if it is delayed from his work or his study or otherwise; this takes precedence over the study, and takes precedence over the work, and takes precedence over everything, and if money is deducted from him, the matter is easy, so it is not permissible for him ever to leave his place while in his state of major ritual impurity, except if there is a place in the place he goes to where he can perform the full ritual bath.
And more severe than this, and greater and more dangerous, is to pray in a state of major ritual impurity; this is a great abomination, and a great corruption, and negligence regarding the command of Allah, but if it occurs out of mockery and contempt, then its matter is disbelief—we seek refuge in Allah—Allah the Exalted said:
(65) And if you ask them, they will surely say, "We were only conversing and playing." Say, "Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?" (66) Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief. If We pardon one faction of you - We will punish another faction because they were criminals.
[Surat al-Tawbah: 65-66]—we ask Allah for well-being.
