Is the arrangement of the names of the chapters of the Qur'an divinely ordained?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is the arrangement of the names of the chapters of the Qur'an from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), or was it established by the later generations?

Answer:
I mention that some of it is found in the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), some is taken from the surah itself, and some from the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) and the best of them, as Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said when he stoned the pillar from the bottom of the valley: "This is the place where the surah al-Baqarah was revealed to him," and as Abu Umamah said: "The bearers of the Qur'an will be called on the Day of Resurrection, and they are those who recited it and acted upon it, with Surat al-Baqarah and Surat al-Imran leading them," and some is taken from the meanings of the surah.
So, as far as I know, there is no explicit text for every chapter stating that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) named it. Rather, some were taken from his naming (peace and blessings be upon him), some from the naming of the Companions, and some from the chapter itself.
As for their arrangement in the mushaf: starting with al-Fatihah, then al-Baqarah, then al-Imran... to the end, this arrangement is from the ijtihad of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them).
