The Order of the Surahs of the Qur'an as in the Uthmanic Mushaf

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 4735 ):
Q1: I have a copy of Part 30 (Juz 'Amma) with marginal notes explaining the meanings of difficult words. I noticed that the surahs in this part are arranged in reverse order, starting with (Surat al-Nas) and ending with (Surat al-Fatihah)? I kindly request that you inform us whether this arrangement is valid, and whether the order of the surahs of the Qur'an is fixed as they were revealed or not? May Allah reward you with good for us and for all Muslims.
Volume 1: It is obligatory to arrange the surahs of the Qur'an as they appear in the Uthmanic mushaf, so the last part begins with Surat al-Fajr and ends with Surat al-Nas. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
