Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
We return at the beginning of this episode to a message sent to the program from the United Arab Emirates, sent by one of the female listeners there. She says: The sender (S. A.) Our sister was presented with two cases in a previous episode, and in this episode she has a case in which she says:
Please guide us regarding a married woman whose husband lives in a large family. She delays performing the Zuhr prayer until 2:30 in the afternoon. When she is advised, she says: If I delay serving the lunch, the husband's family severely rebukes me. If I make an excuse by saying I am praying, they... May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance. As for what follows:
Delaying the prayer until the end of its time is not a problem, but the virtue is lost; for performing it at the beginning of the time is better and has a greater reward. However, if there is a need to delay it, there is no problem, on the condition that it is prayed within its time, and that she strives to pray it within the time before the time of 'Asr begins.
And so, every prayer must be performed within its time. However, performing it at the beginning of the time is the best, and in the middle is better than at the end. But if she performs it at the end, there is no problem. And if she finds it difficult to perform it at the beginning of the time because of what the family she is with says to her, there is no blame on her. But the family should encourage her to perform the prayer at the beginning of the time, and thank her for her attention to prayer. The time for prayer is short, and praise be to Allah, there is no hardship in it.
So, it is prescribed for everyone to take care of performing it at the beginning of the time, and to cooperate in that, and they help her in that. But if she delays it until she prays it at the end of the time, there is no problem, but with complete care not to delay it to another time, so she strives to perform it within its time. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
