Ruling on delaying prayer due to work until just before the time expires

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Her final question, the third one, is that I am committed to official work in two departments from seven thirty in the morning until about five in the afternoon, or four in the afternoon. I pray the Dhuhr prayer at about one thirty, or two, or two thirty in the afternoon. Is this prayer valid, knowing that this prayer falls within the second shift at the second department, and I have no time or place to pray it at its proper time at the first department? As for the Asr prayer, I pray it when I return home? Is this prayer valid? Please advise.
Answer: There is no harm in it; the prayer is valid. However, it is obligatory for her to be cautious so that the time for Dhuhr does not expire. If the prayer is at two thirty, near the end of the time, she should advance the Dhuhr prayer before that, so that she is cautious regarding her religion and her prayer. If the time for prayer arrives, she should pray them at the first department and strive to find a suitable place so that she can pray Dhuhr at the beginning of its time. This is the best course. If that is not feasible, there is no harm in praying it at the second department or at home within the time, before the time expires, even at the very end of the time. However, it is never permissible to delay it until the time expires. Rather, it must be advanced before Asr, before the time of Asr. Likewise, Asr must be observed; its prayer must be performed before the sun turns yellow. The believer must be careful to perform the Asr prayer before the sun turns yellow, wherever he may be. It is not permissible to delay Asr until the sun turns yellow. Rather, it must be performed while the sun is alive, clear, and white, without any yellowness, whether in any department, or while traveling, or while resident. This is because the right of Allah must be prioritized over the rights of creation. Prayer is exempted from these works; it must be performed in its times. Even if a person is engaged in these works, he must seek the appropriate time to pray the prayer in its time, fulfilling the right of Allah, preserving it, and staying away from everything that causes the loss of the right of Allah.
