The ruling on one who swears an oath to marry another woman

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
He has a third and final question, which is similar to his first one. He swore an oath after a quarrel with one of his relatives, saying: “I swear an oath that I will marry.” He says that he has not gotten anything from his current wife. Does he have to pay an expiation for this, or is he required to marry?
Answer: You have the choice. If you marry, there is nothing on you if you see benefit in the marriage. If you do not see benefit in the marriage and you see that staying with your wife is better, then you must pay the expiation for the oath, which is feeding ten poor people, as mentioned previously. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
