Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The question: Here is a question asked by one of the listening brothers, and he says: Tell us about the ruling of a woman who performed Hajj without a mahram, but she was with a group of women?
The answer: Her Hajj is valid, and she must repent to Allah the Exalted; because Allah, Mighty and Majestic, prohibited her from performing Hajj except with a mahram through the tongue of His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih al-Bukhari 1862 And Allah says: [Al-Nisa: 80] And He says, the Exalted: [Al-Najm: 1-2] Our companion is Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), [Al-Najm: 2-4] .
So we must listen and obey what he (peace and blessings be upon him) directed us to, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih al-Bukhari 1862 Even if she is with women, but the Hajj is valid; her Hajj is valid, and she must repent and seek forgiveness. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
