The ruling on leaving one's parents to live in separate housing without their consent

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I want to leave my family to live with my children in a house of our own, and my father does not approve of this. If I leave and they do not approve, would this be undutifulness to parents?

Answer:
You should pay attention to their satisfaction and strive to please them so that, if Allah wills, you leave with their consent. However, if staying with them involves disobedience to Allah because you are being harmed by your brothers or by others, then there is nothing wrong with leaving.
But leaving with their consent, seeking their forgiveness, and striving to please them is better for you. And if there is no reason to leave and your parents need you, do not leave.
