The Ruling on Separating from One’s Mother in Residence

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
He added recently, saying: I left the house that my father left behind, in which my mother resides, and I moved to a house far from my mother to avoid problems. Is there any sin on me for leaving?
Answer: If the mother permitted it, then there is no sin on you. However, if the mother did not permit it and she is in need of you, it is obligatory for you to return to her and stay with her, to attend to her needs, provide her with comfort, and strive to be dutiful to her, for being dutiful to her is among the most important matters and the greatest of obligations.
As for if she permitted it, there is nothing wrong with it.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
