Ruling on giving to one child to the exclusion of the others

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
With your permission, if a man leaves behind children, all of whom are adults and married, and among them is a weak daughter, and he bequeaths that a portion of his wealth be set aside for her to marry her with, or something like that, in addition to her inheritance; because she is a weak woman?

Answer:
No, one does not give anything specifically to one person. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Be afraid of Allah, and be just to your children.اتقوا الله! واعدلوا بين أولادكم
Sahih al-Bukhari 2587
and he did not permit giving anything specifically to one person.
So the conclusion: The point is that he does not make a bequest, neither to a daughter nor to anyone else. Even if he has adult children who are married and have jobs, and he has young children, he does not give them anything specifically. Their provision is from Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He). Allah is the One who provides for them. So the inheritance is distributed equally among all of them, between the strong, wealthy one who owns millions, and the minor, weak one, as Allah has divided it among them. It is not permissible to give anything specifically to the weak one among them. This is the correct opinion among the scholars, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Be afraid of Allah, and be just to your children.اتقوا الله واعدلوا بين أولادكم
Sahih al-Bukhari 2587
