Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the ruling on the Friday prayer for them?

Answer:
Likewise, the Friday prayer is not obligatory on them if they do not hear the call to prayer, because the distance is far, meaning it is long and they cannot hear the call to prayer, so the Friday prayer is not obligatory on them.

Question: What if they intentionally stay far from the places where the call to prayer can be heard?

Answer: If they are far away, they have the ruling of travelers. If they are not extremely far, they have the ruling of an excuse due to not hearing the mu'adhdhin and the hardship of coming. Some scholars set the limit at one farsakh.

Question: What if they continue to do this, meaning they go away every time during the holidays to enjoy themselves and miss the Friday prayer?

Answer: They should not do this, so that they do not deprive themselves of the virtue of the Friday prayer and hearing the sermons.

Question: What if they make it a habit every Friday?

Answer: They should know and be guided that it is obligatory for them to maintain the Friday prayer and to benefit from the imam and the sermons of the Friday prayer. However, when they go away, the Friday prayer is not obligatory on them if they are far enough that they do not hear the call.
