The ruling on tawaf in Hajj without wudu'

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Tawaf in Hajj without wudu'?

Answer:
The one who performed tawaf without wudu' must repeat the tawaf if the tawaf was obligatory, such as tawaf al-ifadah, or tawaf al-wada', or tawaf al-'umrah. If it was tawaf al-wada', he owes a sacrificial animal. He must return to Makkah and perform the tawaf of Hajj, intending the Hajj for which he innovated in his tawaf. He also owes a sacrificial animal if he had a wife and had intercourse with her; he slaughters it in Makkah. If he did not have a wife and did not do anything, he must return without entering the state of ihram, because he has already exited the state of ihram by stoning the pillars and shortening his hair. He does not need to enter the state of ihram because he has already exited it by stoning and shaving or shortening his hair. However, if he enters the state of ihram and performs an 'Umrah, that is fine. If he enters the state of ihram and performs an 'Umrah, and performs the tawaf of Hajj with the intention of the previous Hajj.

Question: Does he replace the 'Umrah?

Answer: If he replaces the 'Umrah, there is no harm. If he replaces the tawaf of Hajj, there is no harm. The matter is the same.

Question: If he stoned the pillars, then went down directly for tawaf, reversing the order, is it required for him to ...?

Answer: No, it is not required for him, as long as he shortened his hair; he has achieved the first exit from the state of ihram.

Question: Perhaps he did not shorten his hair, or did he start with tawaf?

Answer: We do not have a saying that one pillar is sufficient. It is sufficient according to a group of scholars. It came in hadiths. In any case, as long as he stoned the pillars, he comes without the state of ihram. And if he stoned, shortened his hair, and shaved, that is even more so.
