What is the ruling on going to a specific ruqyah practitioner while neglecting dhikr?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The student : Our teacher, regarding the issue of ruqyah, there are specific people who perform it. For example, if a man’s wife or his son needs ruqyah, he neglects dhikr and neglects memorization, and sends them to a specific person. Is this prescribed?

The Shaykh : No, by Allah, it is not prescribed. My dear one, this is one of the consequences of that, one of its consequences.
The student : By Allah, my Shaykh, I have seen simple people who have dhikr of Allah and rely on Allah. The effect of sorcery on them is light, and they are affected, but my Shaykh, they do not ask [for help]. And there are people, my Shaykh, who pray and fast, but they are afraid and attached toThe Shaykh : , and they suffer severe harm, my Shaykh. So I remember the saying of Allah:
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out (3) And will provide for him from where he does not expect. وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا * وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ
[At-Talaq 65:2-3]
; and therefore we always say to these people: O brothers, rely on Allah. Do not attach yourselves to the shaykhs, do not attach yourselves to the ruqyah practitioner. Attach yourselves to Allah, call upon your Lord, and ask Him at the times of response.

The Shaykh : ... There is no god but Allah.
