The Shaykh : To conclude, and the time is almost twelve, I remind you of two authentic hadiths, which are considered an explanation of His saying - the Exalted - : [At-Talaq 65:3] . One of the hadiths: The Messenger - peace and blessings be upon him - said: , and he arrived at the promised time, and he delivered the debt he owed to the creditor. So what did he do? I will say in advance, he did what is called a "darusha" (a reckless act) and did something that today, if there were a slightly crazy person, he might do. But we are careful about preserving wealth and not wasting wealth, to the point that we do not rely on Allah and do not do this action. What did he do? , Allah - Mighty and Majestic - is aware of what is in the hearts. , Do you know when these logs reach the shore, they do not go back, they go like this, right and left, and then they occupy what? The soil. The important thing is and rrrr , Amazing! One or two days, Allah is aware, it is not mentioned in the hadith. , Look, after the reckless act, he paid him a thousand dinars. He paid him why? Because he knew he ... equated that this is not normal, contrary to the laws of the universe. One who is reckless throws these dinars in the sea. Who would believe that they will reach the owner of the right? He knew what he was doing, so he paid him. He was not burdened with the debt of the owner of the wealth. He was amazed and it did not fit him. And this confirms to us that both were reckless. But I wish we were like them in our remembrance of the poem that says "Birds fall according to their kind." If this man, the owner of the wealth, the creditor, had been materialistic, who saw what he took and who saw what he broke, and that he came out with a thousand dinars, he would put them in his safe and not open the account. When a thousand dinars come from the man, he would take them as his right. His heart is not good. His heart is pure. He would tell him the story of the log and the thousand dinars. And he, in turn, would tell him, "By Allah, this is the appointment, and I was not able to come to you according to the agreement, and I did such and such." So he returned the thousand to him and said to him: What is this? This is [At-Talaq 65:2-3] .
And will provide for him from where he does not expect
There was among those before you a man who came to a rich man and said to him: "Lend me a thousand dinars." He said: "Bring a guarantor." He said: "Allah is the guarantor." He said: "Bring a witness." He said: "Allah is the witness." So he paid him a thousand dinars, and he set out traveling in the sea, and they agreed on a day for repayment. That day came, and it was not possible for the debtor to find a ship to ride in
He took a log and carved it well, then he packed a thousand red dinars in it and packed it well, then he came to the shore of the sea. He said: "O Allah, You were the guarantor and You were the witness," and he threw this log, with the thousand dinars in it, into this sea
He commanded the wave to take the log to the town where the owner of the wealth, the creditor, was. And he went out according to the promised time between them, and he waited in vain, but he saw the log being tossed by the waves
When the man despaired, he reached out his hand to the log, and he found it heavy. He took it to the house and broke it open
A thousand dinars
The man came
And Allah will forgive you, and may Allah bless your wealth
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out (3) And will provide for him from where he does not expect.
