Is waking the neighbors for the Fajr prayer part of good neighborly conduct?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is it part of good neighborly conduct for me to wake my neighbors for the Fajr prayer, even if one of them does not want that, where he says: Do not wake me for prayer?

Answer:
Answer: This is part of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and it is obligatory to enjoin good and forbid evil. This is from one aspect. From the second aspect, it is a kindness to your neighbor in his obedience to Allah. So, showing kindness to him, if you see him in disobedience, is to advise him, to help him, and to remind him of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). This is his right upon you.
