Ruling on one who travels long distances continuously during the daytime of Ramadan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A questioner says: I work on long-distance routes, traveling between Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah. For someone like me, whose work necessitates traveling throughout the year, is it permissible to break the fast in Ramadan, and when must the missed days be made up?

Answer:
Answer: The one whose travel is a constant, recurring habit is more deserving of the dispensation than the one who travels only rarely, because the hardship upon him is greater. He should break the fast and set aside a time during the year to make up the missed days. He has until there is no more of the coming Ramadan left except the number of days he owes. At that point, it becomes obligatory for him to make them up before Ramadan arrives, and he owes nothing from the previous Ramadan.
