Ruling on a person in a state of major ritual impurity leaving his house without taking a bath

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q84: The questioner says: My husband leaves the house while in a state of major ritual impurity, and he goes to work and does not take a bath to remove the major ritual impurity until he comes back from work at two-thirty, then he takes a bath and prays the midday prayer close to the afternoon prayer. What is the ruling on his doing this? May you be rewarded.
A84: There is nothing wrong with a person leaving his house while he has to take a bath to remove major ritual impurity or other impurities, but it is better for him to hasten to take a bath and go out in a state of ritual purity. However, the mistake is that he delays the midday prayer. She says: until the afternoon prayer. Are there not mosques? Does he not hear the call to prayer? He must take a bath and pray with the congregation, and go to the mosque.
