Ruling on the prayer of one who left a part of the limbs of wudu' that water did not reach

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q69: The questioner says: I found something stuck to my foot after performing wudu' and praying, so I removed it. What is the ruling on the prayer and the wudu'?
A69: If the water did not reach what was underneath it, then you should remove it and perform wudu'
again, and repeat the prayer; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man who had a spot on his foot the size of a dirham that water had not reached, so he ordered him to go back and perfect his wudu'.
