A294: All matters are by the will of Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He; nothing escapes the will of Allah. What Allah wills comes to be, and what He does not will does not come to be. Allah the Exalted said:[At-Takwir 81:29] So everything is by the will of Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He; nothing is taken out of that.
