The Shaykh : Now, in this noble verse: It establishes that the actions of creation are by the will of Allah. Are you with me? It establishes that the actions of creation are by the will of Allah. Your movement is by the will of Allah. Your stillness is by the will of Allah. Your faith is by the will of Allah. The disbelief of the disbeliever is by the will of Allah. Everything is by the will of Allah. And listen to the saying of Allah (Mighty and Majestic): twice . Every movement of yours or stillness is by the will of Allah. It is absolutely inconceivable that a person acts independently without the will of Allah, ever. Is that clear? Yes, or no? It is clear, everyone, because if his action were independent of him, then in the dominion of Allah there would be what He does not will. And there would be a creator alongside Allah. For this reason, they are called the Qadariyyah, those who say that the actions of man are created by man and he is independent in them, and the will of Allah has no connection to them. They were called the Majus of this Ummah. They were called the Majus of this Ummah because they established for the occurrences how many? Creators. So everything is by the will of Allah. If you pray, it is by the will of Allah. If you are lazy about prayer, it is by the will of Allah. If you give zakah, it is by the will of Allah. If you are stingy, it is by the will of Allah. If you are good in your character, it is by the will of Allah. If your soul is narrow and you are bad in your character, it is by the will of Allah. Is that clear, everyone? You acknowledge this.
