Repentance in Stoning

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 17437 )
Q:A pregnant woman performed Hajj last year, and on the day of'Arafahit happened that one of the women fell on her, and on the tenth day some blood came out of her (small in quantity, so she appointed me to perform the stoning, so I stoned the pillars for her on the days (10 + 11 +12 +13 ) out of concern for her health and the fetus, knowing that she is a heavyset woman with weak health, and on the day (13 ) she performed the tawaf of departure (and she was in a state of purity except for a negligible amount ) and the farewell tawaf together in one tawaf. Is this correct, what is required of her, and what is the best course of action in such cases? We ask for a detailed answer. May Allah reward you with good.
A: If the blood comes from the pregnant woman at one time and not another, her Tawaf is not valid while the blood is flowing, and she must repeat the Tawaf. If her blood is continuous, she must take precautions against the flow of blood, perform the ablution for prayer, and perform Tawaf; because continuous blood is irregular non-menstrual bleeding. As for stoning on her behalf, there is no blame on her for the excuse you mentioned.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
