What is the designated time for stoning the pillars, from beginning to end, and what is the ruling on stoning before its time?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He has another question, asking: What is the designated time for stoning the jamarat, from beginning to end? I stoned the last pillar at nine in the morning, and I was with my sponsor, who insisted on stoning at that time despite my urging to delay it until after noon. Did that stoning suffice for us, or is there something we must do?

The Shaykh : The time for stoning, regarding the stoning of the Jamrat al-Aqabah on the day of the festival.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : For those who are able and energetic, it is from the rising of the sun on the day of the festival. For others, such as the weak and those who cannot endure the crowd, including children and women, the time for stoning for them is from the last part of the night. Asma' bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to wait for the moon to set on the night of the festival, and when it disappeared, she would be sent from Muzdalifah to Mina and stone the pillar. As for the end of the time, it is until the setting of the sun on the day of the festival. If a person is in a crowd or is far away and wishes to delay it until the night, there is no blame on him for that, but he must not delay it until the dawn of the eleventh day. As for stoning the pillars on the days of Tashriq, which are the eleventh, twelfth, and thirteenth days, the beginning of stoning is from the sun reaching its zenith, meaning from the middle of the day when the time for the midday prayer enters, and it continues until the night. If there is hardship due to a crowd or otherwise, there is nothing wrong with stoning at night until the dawn. It is not permissible to stone on the eleventh and twelfth days before the sun reaches its zenith, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did not stone except after the zenith, and he said to the people:
Take your rituals from me خذوا عني مناسككم
.
The fact that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) delayed the stoning to this time, despite the intense heat, and left the beginning of the day, which is cooler and easier, is evidence that it is not permissible to stone before this time. It also indicates that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) used to stone from the time the sun reached its zenith, before praying the midday prayer. This is evidence that it is not permissible to stone before the zenith; otherwise, stoning before the zenith would have been better in order to pray the midday prayer at the beginning of its time, because prayer at the beginning of its time is better. The conclusion is that the evidence indicates that stoning on the eleventh, twelfth, and thirteenth days is not permissible before the zenith. And success is from Allah.

The questioner : May Allah reward you. This message is from the questioner, A Q Y L.
