A1 : If you delayed the Tawaf of Ifadah and performed it upon departure and did not stay
long in Makkah , it suffices for the Farewell Tawaf. But if you remain in Makkah after it, you must perform the Farewell Tawaf upon departure; based on the statement of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both):Sahih Muslim 1328a .
Q2: We used to spend part of the night in Mina from around 10:00 PM until 3:30 AM, or 4:00 AM. Is this permissible?
A2: If you remain in Mina for most of the night, that suffices for the obligatory overnight stay. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
