The ruling on tawaf with the intention of both the departure tawaf and the farewell tawaf

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A question from the listener Sa'id Sa'd al-Shahrani, in which he says: I performed Hajj this year, and when I wanted to begin performing the tawaf of departure, I remembered that I was not in a state of ritual purity. I was unable to go perform the ablution because I was with my family and due to the heavy crowds, so I continued to complete the circuits. When I finished, I asked one of the brothers about my action, and he said: It is not permissible to perform tawaf without ritual purity, but you should intend the tawaf of departure together with the farewell tawaf. So I did that. Is what I did valid?

Answer:
Yes. The first tawaf is not valid, and your last tawaf with the intention of both the farewell and the departure tawaf is sufficient, and praise be to Allah. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
