Q4: Your Eminence, in my first address I asked about stoning the pillars, and you graciously answered that I have a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered in Mecca . How am I to do that while I am in another country and will not be able to travel this year?
A4 : If you are unable to travel to Mecca to slaughter the expiation, you should appoint a trustworthy person to slaughter it on your behalf. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
