Agency in the slaughter of the sacrificial animal in Hajj

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q5: My mother performed the obligatory Hajj several years ago and insists on going back a second time, claimingthat she did not slaughter the sacrificial animal and does not acknowledge the intention with which she performed the Hajj. Is the sacrificial animal obligatory for her,and where, and should she give money in charity instead of returning for the Hajj, or is that better, and is there a sin on me if I do not fulfill her wish to return?
A5 : It is sufficient for your mother to appoint a trustworthy person to slaughter the sacrificial animal on her behalf in Makkah and distribute it among the poor. She is not required to travel to Makkah if her Hajj was Qiran or Tamattu', and it is permissible to eat from it.
