Ruling on the Hajj of a Sponsored Person

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q4: I am sponsored by a Saudi individual, and I was in a difficult situation in the past during the time of Hajj; because when I wanted to perform Hajj, he said that it is not permissible for you except with our permission. So I said to him: This is an obligatory Hajj, and no one’s permission is required for it. And since I will provide someone to work in my place until I return, he insisted and said: This is our right if you do not want to [go]. So, by Allah, is this truly his right, and does he count as one who prevents [you], and what is the evidence for that?
A4 : You may not perform Hajj except with the permission of your sponsor for whom you came to the country
to work; because you are his employee, so do not perform Hajj except with his permission. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
