A pilgrim shaving the head of another pilgrim who wishes to exit the state of ihram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 20054 )
Q1: I went with a group to perform 'Umrah, and they completed their rituals. One of them shaved the heads of the others, and then one of them shaved his head, and they exited the state of ihram by doing so. However, it later became clear that shaving the others' heads was among the prohibitions of ihram. What is the ruling in this matter?
A1 : If a pilgrim in the state of ihram shaves the head of another pilgrim who wishes to exit the state of ihram, there is no harm in that; because it is a shaving that has been permitted. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
