Repeating the stoning of the pillars if an error occurs in the stoning

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 16490 )
Q: We performed Hajj this year, 1413 AH, and upon our arrival at Muzdalifah , with the women and the elderly with us, we prayed Maghrib and 'Isha, then we gathered the pebbles and walked to Mina , and we did not stay overnight in Muzdalifah because we were tied to a single car. On the 10th of 12, after the sun passed its zenith, I went to stone the pillars and found the people stoning the middle pillar, so I stoned it with them without knowing, and I shortened my hair. When I went to the camp, they told me that I had stoned in error, so I returned at the same time, before Maghrib, and stoned the first pillar with seven pebbles and shaved my head. Then I stoned on the 11th, and I stayed in Mina on the night of the 12th until midnight. I appointed my colleague to stone on the 12th and I went to Makkah and performed one tawaf as both the tawaf of ifadah and the farewell tawaf. Then I traveled to Jeddah and then to Khamis Mushayt due to my work and medical circumstances, and my Hajj was qiran.
What is obligatory upon me? Knowing that I slaughtered two animals at my workplace for fear that I had fallen into any error.

A : Staying overnight in Muzdalifah until at least midnight is an obligatory duty of Hajj. Whoever leaves it without a valid religious excuse must slaughter a fidyah, which is a sheep, or a seventh of a camel, or a seventh of a cow. What you did on the Day of Sacrifice, repeating the stoning of the large pillar when the error in your stoning became clear, is valid and sufficient, if Allah wills. As for appointing someone to stone the pillars on the second day, it is not permissible except in the case of an excuse. If you had a valid religious excuse for that, there is no harm; otherwise, you are required to slaughter another fidyah for it. As for the farewell tawaf, it is not valid except after the completion of the acts of Hajj. If your tawaf took place after your agent stoned on your behalf after the sun passed its zenith, it is valid; otherwise, you are required to slaughter a third fidyah in its place. What you slaughtered at your workplace is not valid, because the slaughter must be inside Makkah and distributed to the poor of the Haram . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
