Fatwa No. ( 17110 )
Q: Is it permissible for me to give Zakah to its recipients at a time when I do not have the amount that makes Zakah obligatory, on the condition that I count it as Zakah when I have wealth in the future?
A: What you pay in this case is not considered Zakah on your wealth acquired later, because you did not have any wealth in your possession at the time of payment. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
