Circumambulation with a sewn item inside

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: I have an invention called "al-Mata'," which isa bag attached to a belt that wraps around the pilgrim in ihram, and he places inside it sandalsdesigned specifically for it, or the pilgrim places in it whatever he wishes to use during his ihram. Question: Is it permissible for the pilgrim in ihram to perform tawaf while wearing it, even though threads are used in its manufacture?
A: There is no harm in using the belt about which the question was asked during ihram;
because it is not of the sewn garments whose wearing is prohibited for men during ihram, as the sewn garment that is prohibited is that which is sewn to fit the limb, and this meaning is not present in the belt about which the question was asked.
