The ruling on praying behind an imam who recites qunut in every Fajr prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 21454 )
Q 3: What is the ruling on praying behind an imam who recites qunut in every Fajr prayer before bowing in the second rak'ah, and is qunut in Fajr a recommended practice (sunnah) or a recommended act (mustahabb) on a permanent basis?
A 3 Qunut in the Fajr prayer is not prescribed except in times of calamity;
because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not do it except in that situation, and it is not established that he made it a regular practice. The prayer is valid behind one who makes it a regular practice, but one should not follow him; rather, one should repeat: "Our Lord, to You belongs all praise, abundant, good, and blessed praise, filling the heavens and filling the earth and filling whatever You will of things thereafter." And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
