Insurance on reciting other than al-Fatihah

The first question of fatwa number ( 18856 )
Q 1: If the imam is praying one of the five prayers, Maghrib or 'Isha', and after reciting al-Fatihah, when he finishes one of the surahs that ends with the words of Allah the Exalted:
And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people."وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا أَنْتَ مَوْلانَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
, and here, with one voice, the worshippers say: Ameen. And likewise in Surat al-Tin. We ask you here, is this permissible? May Allah reward you with the best reward?

A 1: First: It is necessary to point out a word you used in your address in the context of enumerating the blessings we have, such as the existence of the two Holy Mosques and the noble thresholds. We do not have thresholds that are venerated, because this is from polytheism which must be denied. It is obligatory for you to avoid this term. Second: It is not permissible to raise the voice with the Ameen except after the recitation of al-Fatihah in the loud prayers. As for other Qur'anic supplications, there is no harm in saying Ameen to them quietly between oneself and one's self, but making it loud is considered a religious innovation. This is based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
He who did any act for which there is no sanction from our behalf, that is to be rejected.من عمل عملاً ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رد
Sahih Muslim 1718b
, and it was not the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to make the Ameen loud in prayer except after al-Fatihah in the loud prayers.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
