If the ma'mum recites al-Fatihah after saying "Ameen" to the imam's recitation, does he say "Ameen" to his own recitation?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of Fatwa number ( 17930 )
Q 5: If one prays behind the imam in a prayer where the recitation is loud, and says "Ameen" with the imam, then recites al-Fatihah himself during the imam's pause, does he say "Ameen" a second time in his recitation, or does he recite al-Fatihah without saying "Ameen"?
A 5: The ma'mum says "Ameen" with the imam after the recitation of al-Fatihah in the loud prayers, and says "Ameen" a second time after his own recitation of it, except that the first "Ameen" is said aloud and the second "Ameen" is said silently. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
