Does one repeat the ablution after the full ritual bath because he touches his private parts?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of the fatwa number ( 20770 )
Q4: After taking a full ritual bath to remove major ritual impurity, do I have to perform the ablution , considering that during the bath
I may have touched my private parts, and likewise when dressing. Do I have to perform the ablution again?

A4 : It is the recommended practice (sunnah) for one in a state of major ritual impurity to perform the ablution first and then take the full ritual bath for the major ritual impurity; due to the action of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). And if he intends to remove both states of impurity and he covers his entire body with water, that suffices; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended.إنما الأعمال بالنيات، وإنما لكل امرئ ما نوى
Sahih al-Bukhari 1
. And if he did not perform the ablution before the full ritual bath and did not intend the ablution along with the full ritual bath, then he must perform the ablution after the full ritual bath. Likewise, if he touches his private part during the full ritual bath, he must repeat the ablution because it is invalidated by touching the private part. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
