Q 2: If a woman miscarries and the fetus is in its fourth month or
fifth month and she did not bury it , what is the ruling?
A 2: If a fetus is miscarried and has reached four months or more, it must be washed, shrouded, prayed over, and buried; because the soul has been breathed into it; based on the hadith of al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It was narrated by Abu Dawud and al-Tirmidhi , and negligence in this is a sin from which repentance is obligatory. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
