Q2: I inform you that my wife, before her passing, miscarried a fetus that was four months old, and I took it and buried it without praying over it, so I ask you to inform me if I owe anything?
A2: It should have been washed, shrouded, and prayed over, according to the correct opinion
among the scholars' statements, as long as it had completed four months; due to the generality of what was narrated by Abu Dawud and al-Tirmidhi from al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: , but the required action has passed and you owe nothing. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
