Praying individually for the sake of tayammum

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 19613 )
Q 1: We were traveling, and when the time for prayer came, we got out of the car to pray, and we were a large group. One of us said: “Perform tayammum and pray individually.” Therefore, I ask: Is it permissible for those who have performed tayammum to choose one person to lead them in prayer, or not?
A 1: It is obligatory for men to pray in congregation, whether they are at home or traveling, whether they are in a state of wudu’ or have performed tayammum. It is not permissible for them to pray individually for the sake of tayammum. So what this man said is incorrect. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
