If the presence of pregnancy is confirmed in a woman, then the blood she sees is blood of corruption

Fatwa number ( 20459 )
Q: My wife was pregnant in the second month, and drops of blood were coming from her , so she went to a female doctor who told her: it is something normal. So I was having intercourse with her, and she was performing her prayer with wudu for each prayer. When the blood increased on her, I took her to a specialist doctor who told her: this is a defective pregnancy that must be aborted. What is the ruling on prayer, and also
on intercourse during the first period? And what is the ruling on going to a male doctor instead of a female doctor? Knowing that specialization in this field is the domain of men, i.e., male doctors? Does she have the ruling of a woman in post-natal bleeding? After the abortion, she remained for 38 days with blood coming from her, so she completed the forty (40) days, then took a ghusl, and made up the prayer for two days. Is this permissible or not? And how is the making up of the prayer done?

A : If the presence of pregnancy is confirmed in a woman, then the blood she sees is blood of corruption, and it does not prevent the obligation of prayer or the permissibility of intercourse, and it is not permissible to abort it unless it is established that it is dead. It is permissible to treat a woman with a male doctor if there is no specialized female doctor and she is in dire necessity for it. If the pregnancy falls before the creation of a human being is clearly discerned in it, then the bleeding that occurs after its fall is not considered post-natal bleeding for which prayer is left off, but rather it is considered blood of corruption. The minimum period in which the creation of a human being is discerned is eighty-one days. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
