Q3: If my wife had her monthly period for two days, then it stopped on the third day and he had intercourse with her on that day , and on the fifth day the period returned to her, what is the ruling on that? May Allah prolong your life and bless you.
A3 : The days in which your wife sees complete purity, which are interspersed with the days of her period, are considered purity, and she has the ruling of a pure woman in them. So if she performs the full ritual bath, it is permissible for you to have intercourse with her in them, and she may pray and fast if the blood stops for a full day or more. If the blood returns to her during the days of her period, she has the ruling of menstruation regarding the prohibition of your intercourse with her and the prohibition of fasting during her period. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
