Q2: After my wife finished her period and bathed, I had intercourse with her
but after that there was blood, and this happened two or three times, I do not remember exactly. I know that I seek forgiveness and immediately get up to bathe. What is the ruling? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.
A2 : A menstruating woman does not bathe for menstruation until she sees purity, and it is not permissible for her husband to have intercourse with her until the menstruation has completely stopped and she has purified herself. Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Baqarah 2:222] Therefore, the intercourse that occurred from you in this state obligates you to repent and pay expiation, which is giving charity equivalent to a dinar or half of it in gold. The amount of the dinar is four-sevenths of the Saudi riyal according to the exchange rate in dirhams. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ وَلاَ تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّى يَطْهُرْنَ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ
