Some workers in Islamic organizations and offices do not cooperate with Muslims who differ from them
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
We have in Bangladesh , in some Islamic offices and charitable Islamic organizations, some committed Muslim brothers who work in these organizations and are still at their posts, who openly declare that they do not help the Hanafis, or do not help the Tablighi Jamaat , or the youth of the Islamic Group , or the Shafi'is , or the Muslim Brotherhood , or the Wahhabis , in building mosques for them, or in providing them with aid, or in appointing them to work in Islamic offices, or in any other assistance, except for those who align with their direction. Some of them, may Allah guide them and us, openly state: We do not help the Hanafis or any other school of jurisprudence except the people of Hadith or the Salaf al-Salih. When we discuss this matter with them, they cite and rely on the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2641Da'if (Darussalam). When the discussion with them increases, they claim that this is according to the orders issued to them by the authorities. Allah is sufficient for me, and He is the best Disposer of affairs. And to Allah we belong and to Him we return. Our Shaykh and our distinguished scholar: You are our scholar and you are our Shaykh, and you know, and everyone knows, O Shaykh, that the Lord (Glorified and Exalted is He) has guaranteed sustenance for all creatures without exception. Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) provides for the disbeliever, the Jew, and even the atheist. So is what is happening in these organizations
permissible in the Shari'ah? And does our Shaykh and scholar approve of the partisanship and sectarianism happening in the organizations, for which Allah has not sent down any authority, knowing that I have repeatedly and repeatedly given advice through periodic sermons that I distribute in Arabic from time to time to my beloved brothers in Allah in this blessed land, but (69 206 I have called out, if only a living one would hear 206 206 but there is no life for the one who is called 206 69). The people of the Islamic offices and organizations accused me of madness and extremism and Wahhabism, and it is not hidden from our Shaykh the saying of the Truth (Blessed and Exalted is He):[Ali 'Imran 3:103] and the saying of the Messenger (may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him): Sahih al-Bukhari 6951 and so on. And these people, O Shaykh, have forgotten the saying of the Truth (Blessed and Exalted is He): [Ad-Duhaa 93:10]. How many questioners have these people, who are considered part of the Islamic front, repelled? They have wronged the morals of Muslims and Islam with these inappropriate actions that Allah and His Messenger do not approve of, whereas the Christian and Buddhist organizations are attracting Muslims, helping them, teaching them, and alleviating their suffering by providing aid and assistance.
In conclusion of this letter, I remind you of the saying of the Beloved (peace and blessings be upon him), who does not speak from desire; it is only a revelation revealed:. The truth of the Beloved Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), the Beloved, the leader, the educator, the teacher, and the role model (peace and blessings be upon him and his family and all his Companions). I ask Allah, then your excellence, for a legal ruling that benefits me and my brothers in Allah in this land.
A: It is obligatory for Muslims to cooperate in spreading the truth and refuting falsehood, as Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Ma'idah 5:2], and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: . The verses and hadiths on this matter are numerous. It is also obligatory for them, if they differ among themselves in something, to refer what they dispute to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), and to take what is supported by evidence in resolving their differences. Whoever refuses to accept the truth after it has become clear to him and persists in his desire, they should reject him and leave him; Allah the Exalted said: [An-Nisa 4:59].
The callers to Allah the Exalted must strive to unite the words of the Muslims, be gentle in addressing their errors, and make an effort to present convincing evidence from the Shari'ah, while being patient and seeking reward from Allah. They should remember the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Anfal 8:46], and the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to Mu'adh ibn Jabal and Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with them both) when he sent them to Yemen: . It is obligatory for the Muslims to abandon divisions and partisanship and be one community upon the methodology of the Book and the Sunnah, as Allah the Exalted said: [Ali 'Imran 3:103]. The callers to Allah must have knowledge of what they are calling to, from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), and they must be sincere in their intentions so that their calling is to Allah and not to other purposes or motives. They must prioritize calling to tawhid (the oneness of Allah) and forbidding shirk (associating partners with Allah) in their da'wah, just as the messengers (peace and blessings be upon them) began their calling with reform.
the creed. And the intention of all should be to exalt the word of Allah and spread tawhid, and they should abandon differences and partisanship so that they become one nation as Allah commanded:[Al-Anbya 21:92].
What I am upon and my Companions.
