Q 35: Is it permissible to give a disbeliever a copy of the meanings of the Noble Qur'an, knowing that it contains the complete Noble Qur'an on the opposite page?
A 35 : There is no harm in giving a disbeliever a copy of the meanings of the Noble Qur'an; because the ruling applies to the translation, and to the conveying and calling to Islam contained therein.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
