The fifth question of Fatwa No. ( 2217 ):
Q5: Do we have the right to invite one of the Christians, in the hope that Allah will guide him, to read the translated Qur'an, even if he is in a state of ritual impurity?
A5: Calling people to Allah is the way of the Messengers. Allah the Exalted said:[Yusuf 12:108], and giving him a copy of the translation of the meanings of the Noble Qur'an is one of the forms of calling people to Allah, so there is nothing wrong with that. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

A5: Calling people to Allah is the way of the Messengers. Allah the Exalted said:
Say, "This is my way; I invite to Allah with insight, I and those who follow me. And exalted is Allah; and I am not of those who associate others with Him."
