Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 10511 )
Q 3: 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated:
Whoever recites "Indeed, We sent it down on the Night of Decree" seven times after the 'Isha' prayer, Allah will protect him from every affliction, and seventy thousand angels will pray for him for Paradise. And whoever recites it on Friday before the prayer three times, Allah will record for him in his good deeds a number equal to the number of Fridays he has prayed on up to that day.
. He mentioned other specific virtues, but we are content with that. If the hadith is established, I hope you will explain whether it should be recited before the Fajr prayer or any prayer during the day.

A 3:mentionedal-Kinaniin his book: (Tanzih al-Shari'ah al-Marfua' 'an al-Akhbar al-Shani'ah al-Mawdu'ah) this hadith from'Ali(may Allah be pleased with him), and he narrated it in full, then he said regarding it:Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Ibrahim Abu al-Tayyib al-Makhrami, if he is the Baghdadi Shafi'i mentioned in (al-Mizan and al-Lisan) as having descended to the Maghreb and openly displayed the doctrine of the Mu'tazilah, and they expelled him, then that is so; otherwise, I do not know him fromMuhammad ibn Hamid al-Kharrazweak fromal-Hasan ibn 'Ali ibn Abi Sa'id al-'Adawia liar, fromMuhammad ibn Saduqahis not known. Thus it is known that the chain of this hadith contains the aforementioned [narrators], so it is not a valid hadith. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
