Q 6: Is it permissible to illuminate the entrances of graveyards to light the way when there is a funeral at night , knowing that the illumination has no connection to the burial, but only to the path to the graves? Please issue a ruling, may Allah reward you.
A 6 : Continuous illumination of the paths and entrances of graveyards is not permissible, but using some means for temporary illumination during a burial at night, such as hand-held lamps, is permissible.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
