Q1: When I go to the bathroom—may Allah honor you and exalt you—to urinate, a yellow fluid (semen) comes out with the urine, but not much, just a drop or two. Is it obligatory for me to perform the full ritual bath every time a drop of this fluid (semen) comes out?
A1: It is obligatory to perform istinja' for everything that comes out of the two private parts, except wind. Then, it is obligatory to perform wudu' from that for the sake of prayer and everything that requires ritual purity. As for the full ritual bath, it is only obligatory if semen comes out in a flow with pleasure. As for its coming out
without pleasure, it does not obligate the full ritual bath. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
