Praying while there is blood on one's underwear

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 14615 )
Q 1: I have prayed some of the obligatory prayers, and some of my underwear has blood on it, and I am aware of this. I have changed this clothing, but the same thing happened again, as the blood was bleeding from between my thighs due to excessive walking. I prayed in that clothing more than five obligatory prayers, and it had blood on it, and I was unable to remove that clothing. After that, I looked for a cure, and praise be to Allah, it did not happen again. What should I do? Do I have to repeat the prayers I prayed in the clothing that had blood on it , or is my prayer valid? I should mention that in some of the prayers, I was the imam.
A 1: If the blood that affected your clothing is considered a lot by custom, then you
must repeat the prayers you prayed; because blood is ritually impure, and prayer requires purity of the body and clothing. If the blood that affected your clothing is considered a little by custom, it is excused; due to the hardship, and you do not have to repeat them. As for the prayer of those who prayed behind you, it is valid, and they do not have to repeat it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
